Since this story referenced "dumpster diving", I'm wondering if the person accused in this story may be the same as profiled in a story on SFGate. Are these suburban kids bored?

Is it legal for the Veterinary hospital to dispose of animal remains in a dumpster?
I thought they cremated.

animal lover - The animals were not in a dumpster They were in a Freezer that should have been locked. They were there in the freezer (as I understand it) awaiting proper disposal.
