Wow...BART exemplifies the equity gap that exists in America on a smaller scale. BART has the worst managers that make decisions based on intuition not data based facts. From my records, I see that management has received wage increases over the last 4 years while the Union workers wages were froze. I have to ask the question - Why did BART step up its car orders from 725 to 1000? The fact is, the culture at BART is taking advantage of the public. We need to get rid of the Board oversight and have a State Committee oversee BARTs operations because the Managers have no integrity and are playing the political game with the Board. Do you think BART should be politicizing your transporation? If a strike does happen, it comes to be resolved at our (the public) discomfort. Yet our fares continue to go to see whose pockets are getting lined. Not the Unions! They don't run the show!

With all the housing going in I question will we have enough parking at the Stations? Why can't they push the Line out to Greenville Rd & the Altamont where BART owns 300? acres & tie into the Altamont Commuter Rail & make the System worth while for the riders. How do You feel about that?
