New Leaf

Original post made by Bill Carman, Country Fair, on Jun 3, 2013

New Leaf is a very nice store but, unlike Whole Foods, they sell organic beef from South America instead of local, grass fed organic sold by Whole Foods and Gene's Fine Foods.

Downtowner is a registered user.

(Sigh) No matter what anyone does, *someone* will complain about it.

From the New Leaf web site: "We Carry Grass-Fed Beef!
We carry Pacific Pastures All-Natural Grass-fed Beef. Their cattle feed on our Northern California pastures. Find a variety of cuts and selection in our cases."

Could it be that Mr. Carman has a conflict of interest? An Internet search shows him as affiliated with Eel River Organic Beef, presumably a competitor. Interesting.
