AVHS Softball Ranked No. 1 in Nation

Let's hear it for Amador Valley High School's Varsity Girls Softball team! They have been ranked first in the nation in MaxPreps preseason standings! The team is lead by pitcher Johanna Grauer, who was named to the pre-season All-American squad, as well.

Congratulations ladies!!! I know you can three-peat on the Queen of the Mountain and get back that NCS title in 2013. We'll be out there cheering you on! Go get 'em!
