U.S. Government lists 25 American military cemeteries in 10 foreign countries. France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Philippines's, Panama, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, and Tunisa.
My brief research located forgotten American military graves in Nova Scotia, Artic Russia. There are probably other locations on foreign soil.

The Bataan Death March:
The Bataan Death March was a brutal forced march of American and Filipino prisoners of war during World War ll. It began April 9, 1942, with at least 72,000 POWS. The march lasted 5 to 10 days, depending on where a prisoner joined it, and covered about 66 miles.
The prisoners were beaten, shot, bayoneted, and beheaded, and many died of starvation and disease. Deaths were estimated to be 20,000. The march was perpetrated by the Imperial Japanese Army on Allied POWs in the Philippine Commonwealth.
