Charmelle Bjelkengren was nominated by President Joe Biden to serve as Judge US District Court for eastern Washington.
Bjelkengren previously served as administrative law Judge for driver's License disputes and unemployment disputes.
A third question she was asked during her senate nominee hearings was "What is Purpovism?" She was unable to answer that question as well.
Bjelkengren is just one of several nominees being confirmed for Federal judge positions, without any prior experience in the judicial system.
