Alameda County DA Price seeks to disqualify judge who denied plea bargain in triple slaying

Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price is seeking to have Judge Mark McCannon disqualified from hearing any criminal case her office prosecutes in the wake of the judge denying a controversial plea deal in a triple slaying case.

The title or the article speaks volumes.

Pamela Price has disqualified herself from being the DA for this county by demanding a plea bargain for someone who killed three people. She's more concerned about "equity" and "social justice" vs. holding criminals accountable and keeping our streets safe.

She wanted to be for equality but got on the wrong track by helping a murderer, a very stupid move.
