Who could possibly complain? All of those people who know so much about policing since they had a Police Science class at Chabot Junior College and now want to FIX the police? Ya, that is sarcasm!

This is outrageous that the police chased these poor misunderstood violent armed criminals. This was clearly an example where a social worker could have intervened and saved these poor souls from being mistreated by the overly aggressive police tactics. They’ll probably have PTSD for the rest of their lives. Police reform now!

Will the perps be included in future dubious stats used to accuse the police of targeting underrepresented minority groups if the perps turn out to be not white or East Asian?

We should let them go, it would be a shame if they got covid.
Or maybe they were protesting.

I see some really dumb statements about cops pulling guns on people in the comments of this article. There hasn't been a single protestor saying that cops should not pull guns on violent offenders. The protestors are against people being shot in the back by cops. [removed] Also the 1st amendment allows people to assemble and address their grievances against the government. Your inability to separate protestors from criminals using the cover of protest to conduct crimes is another tell that our school systems are failing to teach critical thinking!
