Our local congressman, [Portion removed for name-calling], sent an email today announcing new legislation that he will co-sponsor. Seems to me that if approved, this legislation will make police's already difficult job even more difficult.

Also, his email repeats the false information that "police brutality has had a disproportionate impact on Black and brown Americans." According to what data? Not according to the Washington Post's data.

Finally, it would be interesting to see the demographic data from the cases he prosecuted prior to his congressional job.
