The building is a beautiful piece of architecture. My son graduated 2018 as a Computer Science Major, Software Engineering Bachelors Degree SIGN HIM UP :) Sounds like a company he'd love to work for. He like many other recent graduates, are having issues finding Entry Level positions the software engineering. He is working IT and being underpaid for his education by a third party company that many Tech Industry Companies hire, instead of direct hires, cutting their costs. By the sounds of it Work Day can afford to hire Entry Levels directly... please consider this WorkDay! and you other Big Tech Companies ~ (one problem we are seeing is that on Glassdoor, a third party, requests Entry Level Engineers to have experience...odd) It seems to be that it's not What you know, but Who you know...an old story, I know. It's sad when a New Grad with a Technical Degree, has a problem finding a job to fit his education.HELP!

I think we have one of the best entry level programs of any company I've ever worked at, with the opportunity to try different teams to see what interests our new grads, and with a level of support that is second to none. There are several engineers in my division which came through that program. Good luck!
