Planning Commission delays workshop on 39-home project

The Pleasanton Planning Commission last week delayed a scheduled work session to review a 39-house development proposed for the southern part of town.

Make main st one way from north to south thereby eliminating the evening cut-thru commuters, also it would stop all the illegal U turns on main st. caused by those drivers looking for that perfect spot to keep from walking another block. Looks like "we" hired another consulting firm to figure these things out for "us". I guess the only thing the city honchos can agree on is to hire consultants to figure things out for them!

Check out Guy Houstons plan application (P16-1742) for a "minor subdivision " on 16.2 acres at 11300 Dublin canyon road. Really not liking that term " minor subdivision ", here we go again with hillside property and a church, let's see what the city planning commission does with this one especially since it looks like one of the good old boys owns the property
