Do social security folks qualify to receive services at Axis ?

Hi Zack,
We provide care for many people in the community, including those on social security. You can make an appointment with an Axis enrollment counselor to determine eligibility by calling 925-462-1755. Our counselors can also assist with enrolling in a Covered California plan.
