Unbelievable that a kid with a criminal history from Dublin is allowed to go to Foothill!! Do we have no screening process?

Unbelievable that a young man lost his life and the biggest concern is why he was allowed to attend Foothill. I truly hope his family is able to find some peace amongst this tragedy.
