The weather is very nice...consider buying in Livermore.
The plus is that you get to live near a place they make weapons of mass destruction! yup...that's waaaaay right!!!
plus...you get to see people arrested and lose their leg on the tracks...

B, not all are leaving, but those that do are being replaced by looney liberals who gravitate towards their kind that has infiltrated this region like a disease. It's like swarm of killer bees that have no regard for the next host they will attack and suck the life out of.
Cholo, parts of Livermore are nice, except for the gang infested areas that mexican drug lords seem to be taking over. I'd take a large employer and tax revenue generator like the Lab over dirtbag wanna be gangsters any day. I didn't mean to offend any of your relatives.....ok, maybe I did.....
