Mount Diablo fire out, state park to re-open today

A fire that has burned more than 3000 acres in and around Mount Diablo State Park over the past week has been 100% contained, Cal Fire officials said Saturday.

no out and 100% contained are different things. fire is NOT completely out, yet IS 100% contained. still burning within containment lines.
