It's really quiet around here now without all of those Henry supporters. I liked it better when they would ramble on about his innocence, and the "conspiracy" behind his arrest. I just wish the justice system didn't take so long. His next court date is Oct. 22, and he'll be on the streets the whole time. Then we have to wait months for the trial too. The wheels of justice grind slowly...

MainStreetDiva: The victims are kept anonymous, so I don't have locations for them, just ages. However, I don't believe they have formally interviewed anyone from SoCal, at least to my knowledge.

Oh, stop it. Any intelligent (without major problems) person knows that with knowledge you can make an intelligent decision. The knowledge is this case is not available yet. The decision is out--the truth is unknown. Nobody has seen the testimony, few are aware of the victims, few have heard the testimony. Innocent until proven guilty. I want to stand up for the judicial system. Innocent until proven guilty. The minute they prove Henry guilty, I will support the victims 2000%, I will apologize for even thinking they might be exagerrating or be into calling attention to themselves, or even gulty of finding an excuse for their lack of excelling. The truth is they just may not prove Henry guilty. I, as an outsider, hope they prove Henry "not guilty". Do you understand what I just said. They cannot prove him back to "reset" or innocent. Even if he is proven not guilty, his life is ruined. This may seem pro-Henry. I am pro-Henry if he is innocent. I find it very difficult to support a victim who can remain without name, without a statement for people like me to view and make an intelligent decison about their claims. If the victim is an adult they need to stand as an adult. Because the court is not permitting this, we as a citizen of the United States (not China, not Africa, not Europe, not Iraq, etc, need to seriously maintain the US given right of "innocent, until proven guilty". the case would have moved faster if Henry remained in jail. look for the case to stall due to numerous motions filed by the defense. This will go on for years. there is no real hurry for Henry to get this case to trial. he will prolong it as long as possible hoping that the attention and victims will fade. the cops will just keep arresting him each time they get a new count. i am disappointed in the courts decision.

Did you listen to Henry's attorney today. My interruputation of what she said was that it was a frame up. After three weeks of trying to set bail with Hugh Walker, they finally decided upon a whopping $1.080 million--which she fought. Two days after getting Henry out, the sheriff's department with full strategy in mind had him arrested on another count--that of touching an 8 year old girl's stomach who was crying because her dad would not answer his phone. Henry consoled the little girl, and oh my gosh, he grazed her covered stomach. He did not touch her genitals, her butt, her breast, etc. He leaned over for the phone and brushed her stomach. After that tramatic experience, the family vacationed with Henry and family for several years.--Abuse?? I do not think so. Attention, Confusion--YES!

Grossman new, if Henry turned himself in with that one more additional charge to total 16,he would get back out. That's why she asked for the decision to be made today, to get him back out.....and it worked.
She is good but at the end of the day all these tactics will lose there gas, the truth will come out and Henry will get his.

There were alot of High Schools in Dublin and Pleasanton both public and PRIVATE that used the services of Castlewood and Pleasanton for H.S. coaching and training. The Ptown police should go to these schools and investigate because there are probably considerably more victims at those schools whom have graduated or still in H.S.

Don't get too excited, the people that have put up bail have enough money to get him out again!! They are in the process of getting him out as we speak....he should be free by tonight!!

Just to be clear, I wasn't wishing suicide on him.... I hope he doesn't do that. I have read all these posts for the past month and I am still left wondering why anyone who is not directly involved is commenting. I know Henry. Yes, he taught my kids.. They adored him. Castlewood tennis families are CRUSHED by this. One SICK man screwed a whole ton of people. I hope anyone that has any information comes forward. NO ONE wants to believe it.....but all these charges....the Alamaeda County Sherrif's are good...but not that good....to make-up a fake case. I had him as a coach/instructor in 1980 along with many other kids from my neighborhood. He was doing these things then. I did not know what we had in common besides Henry as a coach. I was 8 years old. We are from The Desert Club in La Quinta. I have told my story from 28 years ago to the Alameda County Sherriff's Dept. Though I have lost touch with those kids so long ago, I understand that their stories are being told, as well. FINALLY!!! One man's life does not have this many sick coincidences.

To the Victim from 28 years ago...I bet we had tennis together back then. I never in my life told anybody what happened until I called the Sherriff's Dept last week. The relief I feel after finally telling my story for the first time and knowing that I was never alone is indescribable. I hope you have told your story to the investigators, as well.

Shame on the Justice system of the United States of America. A molestor cannot be indicted for a crime committed on a child that last a life time because of a 10 year statute of limitations. What about a child who has repressed a horrid memory only to recall it more than 10 years later.
