Cody Hall deemed 'potential threat to human life'

Enters plea of not guilty to all charges, remains held without bail

The young driver who ran down and killed a bicyclist on Foothill Road will remain in jail without bond after a judge ruled at a Nov. 14 bail hearing that the teen posed "a potential threat to human life."

I think Max meant to ask what happened at the "preliminary hearing". Maybe Pleasanton Weekly could give us an update.
