Friends of the Livermore Public Library are presenting a Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration event at Livermore’s Rincon Branch Library this weekend, featuring the music of Mariachi San Francisco.
A unique 10-piece ensemble composed of male and female musicians, Mariachi San Francisco will perform and help attendees learn more about the various instruments, songs and traditional costumes of the genre.
The free public event will begin at 12 p.m. on Sunday (Oct. 10) on the basketball courts next to the Rincon Branch Library at 725 Rincon Ave.
