Both Pleasanton Girls Softball League Phantom 12U “C” teams advanced to the title game at the NorCal Association Championship fast pitch softball tournament in Hayward last weekend.
Delineated by their coach’s name, the Phantom-Hinkle squad took home the championship by defeating the Phantom-Haubner team 18-6 in the finale on Sunday.
With their top-two finishes, both Pleasanton teams qualified for the state regionals in San Diego next month.
