Art Walk series concludes for the year on this morning

Free tour leaves at 9 a.m. from Pleasanton Civic Center parking lot

The final Second Saturday Public Art Walk of the year will take place this Saturday.

The walk will conclude the fifth year that Nancy and Gary Harrington have led art enthusiasts on the southern tour of Pleasanton's Public Art Walk. The free tour leaves at 9 a.m. from the Pleasanton Civic Center parking lot at 200 Old Bernal Ave., and will last two hours.

The tour will include public and private art at the library, City Hall, Centennial Park, Civic Park and two businesses. Attendees will hear stories about the artists and learn how they can help bring more public art to Pleasanton.

The Harringtons' s next walk will begin in March.
