Hope Hospice names new patient care chief

Nenette Hoffman responsible for managing all aspects of patient services

Local nonprofit Hope Hospice recently selected Nenette Hoffman as its new chief of patient care, responsible for managing all aspects of its patient care services.

"I am proud of the work we do in providing hospice care," Hoffman said in a statement. "Our goal is to provide compassion and the highest quality of care for patients and their families."

Hoffman, who has experience as patient care services director in other hospice and home-care agencies, most recently served as a consultant on Kaiser Permanente's latest home health and hospice-related project.

She worked as site director at Kaiser Santa Clara Home Health and Hospice from 2007 to 2015 and previously was clinical supervisor for Home Health at Kaiser South Bay from 1999 to 2007.

Based in Dublin, Hope Hospice provides personalized end-of-life care to families in the Tri-Valley and surrounding communities.
