City opens registration for adult softball leagues

Men's, women's and coed divisions available

Pleasanton is now accepting registration for the its 20-plus slow-pitch softball leagues.

Divisions are available for all skill levels, with games played Sunday through Friday evenings at the Ken Mercer Sports Park Adult Softball Complex on Parkside Drive starting in August.

The city offers men's leagues, coed business leagues on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and a new women's league on Monday nights.

Early bird registration, open to all teams at a reduced rate, is open through June 22, and then the regular registration period runs June 23 to July 8 as space permits.

For more information, contact the city's sports office at 931-3437 or at nvelazquez@cityofpleasantonca.gov.
