Spring concert by Pleasanton Community Concert Band set for today at Firehouse Arts Center

Free 'hodge-podge you might enjoy' starts at 2 p.m.

The Pleasanton Community Concert Band is set to perform an eclectic mix at its Spring Concert being held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Firehouse Arts Center.

The program will include music with humorous overtones and dazzling solos, some from composers not frequently heard but worthy of hearing, "a hodge-podge you might enjoy," according to organizers.

Admission to the concert is free although donations are appreciated.

The Firehouse js located at 4444 Railroad Ave. in downtown Pleasaanton.

Who is the conductor ? I a it wonderful Bob Williams or some new person? I cannot attend but I want to know. Thanks from Marion in Vermont
