Photos due by 6 a.m. tomorrow for Weekly's annual Mother's Day Lookalike Contest

Winners will be posted online on April 15

With Mother's Day right around the corner, the Pleasanton Weekly is holding its annual Mother-Daughter Lookalike Contest with the deadline for submitting photos at 6 a.m. Thursday.

The First-place prize is four tickets to the Alameda County Fair and $50 cash; second-place prize is two Fair tickets and $25 cash.

Send digital photos only to contest@pleasantonweekly.com by 6 a.m. April 7. The photo must be attached to an email in JPG format, at least 300 dpi. Include the names of the mother and daughter(s) and the ages of children. Photos entered in previous contests are not eligible.

Pleasanton Weekly staff members will choose the finalists, which will be posted at www.PleasantonWeekly.com on April 15 for readers to vote online for which mother and daughter look most alike.

Photos of the winners will be published in the May 6 print edition, the Friday before Mother's Day on May 8.
