Blues All-Star Revue concert at Firehouse tonight

Big cross-country blues blowout features California, Texas stars

California and Texas blues all-stars will meet up at the Firehouse Arts Center for a big cross-country blues blowout concert at 8 p.m., Saturday.

Headliners representing California are Mark Hummel (harp-blower, vocalist, bandleader and Grammy nominee), Little Charlie Baty (ex-Nightcats bandleader and guitar hero) and RW Grigsby (bassist). Texas bluesmen are Anson Funderburgh (guitarist and Rockets bandleader) and Wes Starr (famed Austin drummer who has played with a who's who of Texas music royalty).
