Patterson motorcyclist dies in Labor Day crash in Livermore

Man identified as Robert Cruz Sr.

A Patterson man died Monday after a collision in Livermore on Labor Day.

The motorcycle rider was identified by the Alameda County Coroner's Office as Robert Cruz Sr., 67.

Officials responded to a report of a motorcycle collision at 12:44 p.m. at the intersection of Isabel Avenue and Concannon Boulevard, according to Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department spokesman Mike Miller.

LPFD arrived at the scene and found two vehicles and a motorcycle that had collided.

Cruz died at the scene of the crash. The individuals in the other two vehicles were not injured, Miller said.
