Police searching for naked man who followed woman on Aug. 20

2-week-old incident now has police' attention

Pleasanton police are reporting that they are now searching for a man who followed a woman in his car while apparently naked two weeks ago.

The woman told police the incident occurred in the lobby of her office on Aug. 20. The location of the office is not know.

She said the man followed her into the woman's restroom in her office building and then through the lobby of her office, and then in his car while apparently naked.

He was wearing clothes when he left the office, but the woman spotted the man again in a car that was tailing her, and the man appeared to be nude, she told police.

She described him as a white man, 40-50 years old with sandy brown hair. He has a thin build but has a "gut." His vehicle is described as a gray Ford Fusion with dealer paper plates.

If you recognize the police sketch or have other details to provide to police, contact police detective Robert Shuffield at 931-5276 or by email at rshuffield@cityofpleasantonca.gov/
