Foothill High School's first ProStart chef team will showcase its award-winning three-course meal at a special pop-up restaurant on the school's campus from 6:30-9 p.m. Thursday.
The menu features a lobster tail spring roll, seared sea scallops with asparagus and green tea soba noodles, and Gateau de Crepes with ube and black sesame mousse.
The team placed fourth in the California Restaurant Association's 2015 California ProStart Cup culinary competition with the featured menu.
