Police searching for missing boy

Believed to be hanging out with old friends in Pleasanton

Pleasanton police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing juvenile, who was reported missing in February from Apple Valley, located in San Bernardino County.

According to Det. Shuffield, Raymond Thorstenson is originally from Pleasanton but was living at a group home in Apple Valley.

This is the first time Pleasanton police received the report, as Thorstenson's family -- who reside in Pleasanton -- believes he may have come back to hangout with old acquaintances, said Shuffield.

Anyone with information about Thorstenson's whereabouts can call the Pleasanton Police Department at 931-5100.
