These poor kids picking up cigarette butts! Just think, they can be doing something better if smokers did not toss their butts in the first place. We should make the smokers pick up the butts since they are the ones who caused the problem.

Mass cig problem on new Iron Horse trail behind the Avalon Apartments, lots & lots of makes me sick! We pay high taxes for great parks & walkways & then you have "people" destroying the beauty! If you want & have to smoke, bring your ASHTRAY with you & dump the ashes at home or in waste bin in the Avalon Apartment complex!!!! Get a Life or get out of OURS!!!

Let me get this straight. It is ok for dogs to crap and urinate all over lawns, sidewalks, and parks where people walk and kids play, it's ok for about 70% of Pleasanton's population to be unhealthy and overweight but you guys are focusing on the few in the city who smoke? Give me break!

Reminds me of years ago when I smoked. I was with my friend enjoying a cigarette in the parking lot of a restaurant and this fat guy waddles across the parking lot to where we were standing, he is sweating all over the place and is out of breath. Once he catches his breath he asks us if we know how unhealthy smoking is :)

Smokers can smoke all they want, but don't shove your lifestyle down our throats! Keep secondhand smoke and cigarette butts out of our lives and our childrens' lives and out of the environment! Smokers should all be ashamed because poor little children are mature enough to clean up their mess!

Rather deal with dog poop than ugly cigarettes... keep banning cigarettes...
