More than 60 brand name stores will participate in a job fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Livermore Premium Outlets.

The stores are looking to fill more than 400 full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

Positions include store managers, assistant managers, sales associates, stockroom, custodial staff and others.

The job fair is a joint collaborative effort of several organizations in the region including the city of Livermore, Alameda County Workforce Investment Board, Eastbay Works, Tri-Valley One-Stop Career Center and the American Job Centers of California.

“Livermore Premium Outlets is very appreciative that these organizations are so supportive in bringing job seekers to our location to assist our merchants in their search for quality staff,” said Dave Ackerman, Director of Marketing and Business Development for the shopping center.

The job fair is free and open to the public. Interested applicants are encouraged to carpool or take public transit, dress in work attire, wear comfortable shoes, bring multiple copies of their resumes and be ready for interviews.

No registration is required for applicants to participate in the job fair.
