Meet author and resident Leslie Baker at her book signing

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Conference will host author and resident, Leslie Baker, who will sign copies of her inspirational children's book, "Healing Feelings: A Healing Story for Children Coping with a Grownup's Mental Illness," tomorrow from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 20, at ValleyCare Medical Plaza, 5725 West Las Positas Blvd. "Healing Feelings" is a warm, rhythmic story that brings hope for healing to children living with a grownup who is dealing with a mental illness. The story explores the process of healing feelings and opens up the opportunity to dialogue with children about this challenging topic. Call (888) 361-9473.
