Reina Telemeier, best known for her adaption of four of Ann M. Martin's "Baby-Sitters Club" books into a graphic novel series, will be speaking today at 4 p.m., Friday, Oct. 22, at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave. Her new original story, "Smile," has received critical recognition and has broad appeal for all readers.
