Workshop tonight on what to eat while grieving

 

Hope Hospice will host a free workshop on "What to Eat When You're Grieving" tonight from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 22, at the Hope Hospice offices, 6377 Clark Ave., Suite 100, Dublin. Learn about how we eat, think about and prepare food can be impacted when we grieve. This workshop will provide ideas for nutritious eating habits that can help you through this difficult period.
