October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Tri-Valley Haven invites all area students to help raise awareness through participating in its 14th annual Student Art Contest. This year's theme is "Changing the world plus Respect equals Love." Art work must be original, up to four colors and no larger than 14x14 inches. Deadline for submissions is Sept. 15. Call 449-5842.
