Pleasanton's Beth Emek congregation to host talk by McNerney tonight

Congressman to focus on issues affecting U.S.-Israel relationship

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) will host a meeting in Pleasanton tonight for Congressman Jerry McNerney (D-Pleasanton) at Congregation Beth Emek, 3400 Nevada Court.

Beth Emek is located across Bernal Avenue from the headquarters building of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department.

In an invitation to congregation members, the synagogue stated that the format will be similar to a previous caucus with an introduction by Elias Saratovsky of AIPAC and a brief talk by the McNerney, followed by a question and answer period. AIPAC also hosted a similar meeting last year

The meeting will focus solely on issues affecting the U.S.-Israel relationship.

Congregation Beth Emek members and guests are invited to meeting.
