This six-week course is from 6-9 p.m. beginning June 17 at the Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd. It emphasizes the use of S.O.U.L. (seasonal, organic, unrefined, local). Classes will cover heart health, healthy food kids will love, farmers market tour, cancer prevention, healthy appetizers, healthy desserts. Instructor: Suzanne Aziz.
