Sunday's weather forecast calls for 95 degrees today in Pleasanton, Tri-Valley

Fire dangers continue in East Bay hills as dry conditions intensify

It'll be another hot one today for Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley with the National Weather Service calling for a high of 95 degrees by mid-day.

Temperatures will moderate starting Monday, with a high of 87 expected, and then dipping even into the high 70s by mid-week before climbing again for next weekend.

Red flag warnings continue for parts of the Bay Area this weekend including the wooded hills in and around the Tri-Valley as dry weather conditions are expected to elevate fire risk.
