I cannot comprehend why anyone pay $3000/mo for an old, run-down, one bedroom or studio apartment in San Francisco, with naked guys whizzing on the building and a proliferation of nut jobs roaming the streets.

San Francisco is anti automobile, anti outsider.

They use their parking ticket programs to subsidize other things.

The charge outsiders to use the public parks, if they can.

If someone wants me to meet (or shop) in SF, I tell them to come here, and try to schedule our professional society meetings elsewhere.

And their police are worse than useless if your car gets stolen there.

my only concern is that everybody keep paying their taxes where ever you live so that monies can be used to subsidize livable housing others less fortunate...i rest my case!
