Hello Good People of the Tri-Valley and beyond...

In light of the recent Hurricane Sandy devastation, my good and kind friend, Natasha Benham-Erdei, has organized a campaign to send help from the Left Coast. She has created the "Benham Blanket Relief Drive". She is asking all of the generous people of the Tri,Valley and beyond, to donate a NEW blanket to send to the people of Port Jefferson, NY, who have been severely affected by the hurricane. Natasha, whose brother works with FedEx, has arranged with them to ship the blankets FREE of charge, directly to a distribution point in Port Jefferson. Her goal is to send a pallet of warm blankets to stave off the freezing temperatures that have already set in . Many homes still do not have electricity or heat, and will not be restored until next week, so your donation of a blanket will help them through this difficult time.

You can bring your donation to my store, The Bracelet Bar @ Serenity, located at 252 Main St., Downtown Pleasanton, Fri-Sat, 11am-6pm, Sun 11am-4pm. She would like to send them early next week as the snow has already begun to fall.

Let's band together, small community-to-small-community, and show them the tremendous compassion and kindness that exists in this great valley!

Dear Tri-Valley Residents, my name is Natasha and I am putting together "Benham Blanket Relief Drive" for the residents of Port Jefferson NY. It's a small community where I have family and friends who have been hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. I am asking for our community to please donate New Blankets to be shipped to them. I have shipping and a distribution in Port Jefferson in place, but need Blankets. My goal is a pallet of donations.
