Former pro boxer indicted in string of bank robberies in Pleasanton, 5 other communities

A former boxing champion has been indicted by a federal grand jury for robbing six banks, including a March 12 holdup at Wells Fargo on Hopyard Road in Pleasanton.

I'm delighted that he was arrested.

Putting him behind bars is another way of protecting innocent citizens.
