Class Action Lawsuit V. Pleasanton Weekly? Around Town, posted by Not Cool PW, a resident of the Danville neighborhood, on Dec 22, 2012 at 12:25 am
There is a topic posted on your page called Moral Turpitude. I am no genius but no one was accused of or charged in the false Lancaster matter has been charged with a crime involving moral turpetude. if so, then only one person.
The post should be removed as its defamatory, damaging and untrue.
Thanks PW. Im sure with a little investigation, you could figure it out before
Somone suffered ridicule, public scorn, harm to business or employment ramifications. Then there are damages and a damaged individual could take action for damages.
Post Below if you have suffered financial harm or other harm

@ not cool pw....its called freedom of speech. The pw, like the patch, the tri valley herald, the sf chronicle and ny times follow journalist principles before running their stories. (i.e. Confirm sources, etc.) Individual citizens are responsible for their own post or "blog", the pw is not responsible for verifying the content of everyones post.
If the pw ran an article, rest assurd they did their due diligence. if you dont like what your reading, stop reading it.

Hi Nancy - have you had your reputation or
Business harmed by FALSE stories on PW? Have you
Been impersonated multiple times? I dont mean
To seem rude or disrespectful towards you. But First Amendment does not cover pornpgrapic speech, speech which incites a crowd to
Anger, child pornography, defamatory or false statements published by the media and more.
Freedom of speech does not include false impersonation or defamation especially when it causes financial or other harm. I would love to not have to read
Pleasanton Weekly. However, it seems to have become a forum through which a certain individual communicates and Harasses other individuals including myself.
Freedom of speech as guaranteed by the Constitution has limits. Those limits have been crossed.

My livelyhood was seriously disrupted when a poster made fun of me selling corndogs at the tea party gathering, held at the fairgrounds, which then moved to KFC to account for members' coolinary tastes. I don't know if my family will ever recover.

Why does Pleasanton Weekly allow the false nonsensical defamatory titles to remain up for weeks? It's not even a story and you can't comment, yet it remains with the other articles. The Weekly is obviously heavy into facilitating domestic abusers, speed freaks stalkers, despicable Purple Heart imposters, and any measure of contemptible, vile, soulless, hollow headed, carpet bagging, wretches. Happy Holidays!

The fact of the matter is that Glen Woltzman has a very personal axe to grind with one of the involved parties and the pathetic, free, weekly rag that is the Pleasanton Weekly chooses to back their "reporter". At what cost is yet to be determined...

The REAL fact of the matter is that Glen Wolfman isn't impressed or intimidated by the petulant and immature behavior of the posters on the PW forum. If you have a "beef" with how your behavior is reported, clean up your behavior!
