Let Them Starve As Punishment: Food Stamps Cut Once Again

Thank goodness, that's nothing compared to what the House has in mind: $21 billion in cuts to SNAP. But it's a good start in the right direction. CBPP estimates that cuts as large as what the House is calling for would eliminate food aid to two million people, many families with children and the elderly. Which only means that Democrats will have a lot to whine about as they spin tales about starving, impoverished children.
"We need to teach these women a lesson," stated Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). "They either deplete our valuable national resources by getting abortions, or they have the kids and then plead for food stamps for the kids," Sessions continued. Asked whether he felt a moral compunction to feed America's starving kids, Cruz scoffed. "My only obligation is to fetuses still in the womb; once out, then it's all on the irresponsible harlots who have them."
