Thank you for the update. We are out about $12K on his mortgage relief scam and have been waiting for this to settle out. Does anyone know how to find him?

The following paragraph is copied straight from his LinkedIn page. On his LinkedIn page there are links to his personal website and company (2) websites. I found the reading interesting. I am not a psychologist, however it strikes me odd how in describing himself he refers to himself in first person and third person. All of his blogs/business writings are like this.

@OFL Victim. He has his phone number and address plastered everywhere on these pages. Should be easy to track down. Good Luck.

I cant afford it means, I am not willing to work for it. I dont have time means, its not important. Its a scam, means it is easier to discount and push away than to get accurate information. I am always late means, i dont respect others (time is the #1 form of respect) Words like hopefully, try, maybe, probably means I am not going to do it. (What woman would marry a guy who would try to be monogomas) Headed over to yacht club for lunch with friends! Have a great weekend

I noticed the same that he wrote in both first person and third person, sometimes in the same sentence. It's quite bizarre and clear that he authored it himself while pretending someone was doing it for him. I have one word: FAIL.

We were not swindeled in his mortgage scam nor did we pay illegal advance fees or have funds in his non existent trust account that we later learned was he and his wife's personal piggy bank. But my mother was not so lucky so we will now pursue this. I thank the people who have posted information and hope this story doesn't disappear.

I thank the bankruptcy court for seeing through his BS. Score one for the good guys.

I worked for him as loan officer just before he filed for bankruptcy. He owede thousands that were weeks and weeks behind in payroll and he refused to pay me even with full knowledge that I alone was raising a toddler and my fridge was empty. His response to me while laughing was "I'm just going to include you in my bankruptcy and you'll get nothing". He can claim he pays what he owes, but there is ZERO truth to this. The list of creditors he wanted to be rid of as he bragged about getting off free on all his debts and even with his mortgage scam victims and the trust funds he stole will now come back to haunt him the way those he stole from have suffered for five years.

He has recently claimed a Business Administration degree, but many who worked for him for two decades say his degree is in nutrition and that he's claiming the other conveniently at this time. Probably just another lie and fraud meant to trick people into buying into his MLM "business". Sad, but funny too. Karma will get you every time. Hahaha.

I went to he and his wife's fb pages. I couldn't believe he actually posted about going to the yacht club for lunch, of course his bankruptcy case hadn't been denied at that time. I hope everyone he listed in his bankruptcy as creditors goes after him. Be wary, now he may try to run and hide.

What a narcissistic SOB.

Hello I am still trying to figure all this out and the longer this goes on the more I feel all concerned have done nothing more than to try and cover their own guilt by putting the blame on someone else. My point being If people would pay their mortgage payments instead of paying someone else to go to their banker or mortgage holder and asking them to reduce the amount they agreeded to pay. So to me it sounds like William started a business. A business where he took all the embarassment away from the debtor. by going to said debtors banker saying I have this deadbeat who agreeded to a ARM note but since it adjusted they don't feel like making their agreeded payments any longer. So for a fee he explained to the debtor steps they needed to take prior one of his staff aproaching the banker. So it sounds like William did this ....and when half the people in US heard they all said lets screw the bankers, walk away from our responsibilities...They stopped helping they few who probably needed some help. And now your kids, my kids, and their kids will pay for it. And still are every day this witch hunt continues. How many Federal and State Tax dollars have been wasted over this issue. Not to mention if 3 or 4 of them go to jail at $40,000 or more per year for a few years. So a few more of you need to really think about it and have a nice day
