Around Town, posted by Editor, Pleasanton Weekly Online, on Oct 30, 2012 at 8:28 pm

Thorne is a re-tread who has lost his guts and forgotten where he came from, Pentin has no clue - "pension reform" is his answer to every question, and Brown is unqualified - she has no idea how a city operates.

WOW, so you support DeMarcus who seems to be missing from this campaign and Kook-Kallio the union lover? Interesting. . . !!

Dear Rick;

I am willing to bet you are a city union employee pushing the union puppet candidates to Pleasanton voters. Are you the personal that dropped a stack of democratic postcards on my doorstep? They are in the garbage now.

I think it is unfair (and Hosterman should pay for it out of her own pocket) that city employees get million dollar retirement programs at the cost of hardworking taxpayers. I am sure as a union employees you cherish Cook-Kallio and DeMarcus, but there is NO way I am voting for either of them! My wife and I work to hard to support our family, to also support million dollar pensions for city employees that enjoy a desk job and a 40 hour work week - NO WAY.

RightO. Rick is like a flashing red neon light...pure union...doesn't have a care in the world...we've taken care of it all for him. Obviously, he doesn't have any other issue or care about Pleasanton's BIG picture....just his personal greed.

Most of them have been pretty good and careful during this campaign to not piss off the voters. But, Rick slipped a bit on his manners and campaign tactics.shame, shame

NO on 30, NO on 38 and a big

YES on 32 !!
