Grand Opening of Caremore Center for Medicare Seniors

Original post made by SENIOR on Oct 26, 2012

I'm so glad I attended the Grand Opening of the new Caremore Care Center for Tri-Valley seniors, located in South Rosewood center, near Fitness 19. Jerry Thorne was there to cut the ribbon and welcome them to Pleasanton. Caremore is for Medicare users, and was recently purchased by Wellpoint.
A huge tent tent filled much of the parking lot. The 16 piece 'Cool Tones' band and singer entertained for about 3 hours, and there were tables and tables of food from Girasole' restaurant. About a dozen senior services groups had tables to talk with and share resourses with those attending.
I learned of the event from several mailers sent out by Caremore.
The Pleasanton Center is served by Valley Care doctors.
