Posted by Saw it in Pleasanton, a resident of the Another Pleasanton neighborhood neighborhood, on Oct 18, 2012 at 8:45 am It appeared to be high in the sky, heading north, horizontally.
Saw it thru a high window from inside the house. It looked like a huge ball of fire, trailing flame. Thought it might've been a rocket.
Glad to hear what it was. Thanks Weekly!
