Wow, what a loser. This guy tried to file a lawsuit against them already and had it all thrown out and dismissed cause, just like Brian Lancaster, it was all bull crap. Now this loser is trying to file a FEDERAL lawsuit for the same thing. He must have a lot of money to waste on Lawyers. What's going to happen to your kids when K9 partner Officer Tim Martens who is all over the Internet, in Pleasanton weekly, on channel 2 news, on integrityconcerns.com, etc. with all these cases of dropped charges "in the interest of justice" per judge Jacob Blea arrests your kid in school with his drug sniffing dog, and your kid says its not true? Do you trust this cop? what's going to happen to you and your family's position in the community??? Do you this cop in our schools, around our kids?
