I went there once, and I'm going again this Saturday because my writer's club now meets there. The one time I went I had mixed feelings. The food was good, but not great. I ordered a yogurt drink, which was room temperature. Warm milky drink doesn't do it for me. I wished it was cold. We were the only people there, I prefer a busier restaurant feel. I'll be there again on Saturday, and the other club members who were there at the last meeting, which I missed, had positive things to say about it. I'll report back after my second visit.

I have enjoyed every visit there - mostly for lunch. The seasoning blends with fresh herbs are unusual but delicious and always leave me wanting more. I would describe it as exotic comfort food, a little Middle Eastern, a little Indian. It's very nice when the weather is cool too.

Beware of really poor service in the wine lounge. I ended up eating the appetizer with my hands. Our server forgot to give us utensils and napkins after he had delivered the food and said "I'll be right back with utensils and napkins." Trying to get servers' attention doesn't work either because they avoid eye contact. We also had to ask for our bill as we were leaving.

I'm the one from the writer's club, who posted above. We used to meet at Girasole, now we meet at the Oasis Grille. We eat from a buffet. I give Girasole a 'D' for their buffet, and I give Oasis an 'A'. I felt spoiled by the buffet at Oasis. It was excellent. And the coffee was great, and very hot. I was accustomed to the bad, warm coffee and Girasole.

I'm Mary, I posted above. I meant to say 'the bad, warm coffee at Girasaole.'
Anyway, the buffet at Oasis was excellent. There was ravioli in a pesto sauce with chicken that was delicious. Excellent rice. Spinach that made me want to ask for the recipe. It looked like nothing special, but I wanted to go back and fill my plate with it. I wish I had the recipe.
I really want to thank Oasis for a generous, delicous buffet. And great coffee. In fact, I'm going to stop in there for coffee to go, if they'll do that, when I'm on Main St.

Ate there twice and both times the Kabobs were tough and the shrimp was not cooked. The first time we had gristle with the meat and mentioned it to the waiter and he just shrugged his shoulders and did not apologized for the unacceptable meat. I have been in the food service business for 20 yrs. and this is the first time I had tough meat TWICE at the same restaurant.
