Why was Tranquiliy Health Center closed?

I walked by the Los Pilares building on Main St. today, and noticed a sign in the window leading to one of the office suites: "Tranquility Health Center is NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. For further information: contact Pleasanton Police Department at [phone number]"
